Red Maple Chinese - West Valley City

I couldn’t be happier that this little spot made it through covid. We get the strawberry chicken and we love it!!!

I ordered the cashew nut dinner, which came quickly. Everything was hot and fresh. My dinner was absolutely delicious! I also ordered the barbecued pork dumpling, which was very good. Julia was our server. She was friendly, professional and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. She was the best!

Great Dim Sum! Would definitely go again. Staff very nice and the restaurant is quite clean.

We came for Chinese New Year. The atmosphere was fabulous everybody in the restaurant was in an exuberant mood. A lot of happiness around. I got my family to come out with some friends we had a wonderful time. My kiddos decided they wanted to go on the stage and do what kids do on stage. If I ever get married, I would like to have my wedding at Red Maple and my reception. They are very gracious kind and thoughtful. We had a very large order — everything was correct, hot, and delicious. There's no other metric. BTW: it was a to-go order.
