Crazy Raven Bar & Grill

I took my girlfriend and 2 other Brazilians up for their Tubing which they really enjoyed but we went for a late lunch at the Crazy Raven and the service was horrible. The food took over an hour to arrive. There were people at adjacent tables who arrived later than us and were served sooner. Our server gave us the excuse that the kitchen was backed up and that everyone had to wait the same time for food. This was obviously not true as we're watching people eat all around us who arrived later. If we were told when we sat down we would be waiting over an hour for food, we would have not wasted our time there and gone somewhere else to eat. There was no compensation or discount for the neglect we suffered and my guests were very unimpressed with how we were treated. It was an extremely negative first experience for them to Cypress Mountain.

The salmon burger. You can't beat it. I wish they would serve it in the cafeteria too so when I'm there with the kids I could get it. Just open it up to kids - big deal, it's just a restaurant that serves liquor really.

Fantastic Customer service! Great table by a warm fire. We had great burgers, Cookies and and Juices. Made my first ski day complete. The review is long overdue from last season.

Casual Ski lodge style restaurant. Menu has all the pub food staples. I have always enjoyed my meal there. Great bar selection and lots of TVs around so you can watch the Canucks while you break from skiing. Service is pretty good, but nothing spectacular. If you are there on weekends or peak meal times you can expect a 20-40 min wait. We usually go before/after the rush and never have an issue.*ID REQUIRED*

Located in the Lodge facilities up on Cypress Mountain, this casual pub style offers gorgeous views of the snow and TV's to catch the Canucks game! The food is delicious and reasonably priced...they don't gouge you just because you are on a ski hill!
