Second Cup - West Vancouver

The staff at this restaurant really need some customer service training. My wife was feeling unwell and simply asked for a cup of water. She was told they could not help her because she was not a paying customer. This is completely unacceptable and we will never return to this business. It is disappointing that just a few steps away in the food court, there was care and compassion shown. I hope the management takes note of this and offers some customer service training.

I tried the Maple Latte and found it to be quite sweet. I would suggest asking for it to be made half sweet. It was a nice change from the usual Starbucks drinks. Would I recommend visiting this restaurant? I would consider trying something else instead.

This small kiosk in the shopping mall offers a variety of coffees, with a standout being their excellent espresso.

Second Cup has decent coffee and small menu items. it is well located for a shopping pick me up and a visit with friends
