Arby's - West Virginia

The place is staffed by some very unhappy people. The open air design makes it easy to view the employees angrily toss and fling meat at the sandwich board as they work. You can tell the place is understaffed by the filthy condition of the dining room. Everyone in line waited 20 minutes or more for their orders. One lady was waiting before we walked in and was still waiting after we finished our lunch. Id recommend the drive through. It seemed to move somewhat faster.

Krinkle Fries were Hot Krispy. French Dip had generous beef. They put Jalapeños on it as requested. Good Fast Food.

I have been going 2 to 3 times a week they messed up a Plain sandwich meat and cheese only no sauce, The manager on duty, a little blonde, had such an attitude, threw the drive thur I could see her, it's people like her with that attitude, that makes it hard for the other workers everywhere, I will neer go back again, I could see if I was raising hell but I wasn't, now if I would of went in it would of been different, Worst place ever, we all know nothing happens to them when someone … – show

Waited in drive thru so long had to turn off engine. Sandwich was supposed to have swiss cheese on it and it barely did.

Empty restaurant but took 15 min. for order to be ready.
