Bob Evans - West Virginia

Ordered the new Thanksgiving sandwich and they forgot the pickles and gravy. The waitress argued it didn't come with that, but she would get me some if I wanted it. Heard her complain to another employee and they told her it did come with it. She never apologized for her attitude and I never got my pickles. When I went to check out there was a line while they tried to find someone with the card to operate the register. Service has gotten terrible at this location.

As good as bob evans gets! Friendly staff, food cooked well.

The meal experience yesterday, 9/10, was not so good. The food wasn't a good temp, like my chicken noodles deep dish was lukewarm, the broth wasn't thickened to a gravy consistency, but was totally juicy and messy. The other food in our party had barely warm food and had incorrect plating. I am not sure what happened there, normally it's a wonderful experience with delicious food.

I really like their sausage but didn't care for the cheddar potato soup.

Very poor service. Waitress came back to our table 1 time. Potatoes were cool and eggs were not better. Worst experience I have ever had at bob Evan's.
