Buffalo Wild Wings - West Virginia

Waited for over 30 minutes to get a table and once we were seated we ended up leaving after 20 more minutes without anyone even taking our drink order. Everyone in there was screaming and acting a fool and I never saw the staff helping anyone. Very poor experience, will not be back to this establishment.

Great service nice BWW price with discount was coop. Not many people on a turesday night.

Two adults and 2 teenage girls. $80 with tip drinking 3 waters and sprite. Wife’s salad was 10. Ordered 5 naked chicken strips; showed up fried with no sauce. They were large and tasty despite not being how I ordered. Large $5 fries for table were smaller than usual. Ordered 10 wings with no sides for $13.99 I think. They were medium sized and crispy. Surprised no sides. Had 10 boneless wings. Again about $13 with no side. They were tasty white meat but small. Overall fine, but $80 felt expens … – show

They wouldn't take our order. We couldn't place a to go order. I counted 15 tables that needed cleaned. The servers said “its not us, were not busy, it's the kitchen that's backed up”. We waited 45 minutes for a table to be told that we couldn't order yet. Then when the kitchen did get caught up, we watched the servers scramble to get caught up cleaning tables. Never saw a manager. One waitress sat at the table next to ours almost the entire time. The wings weren't that good either.

Went in for lunch was told there would be an hour wait even though there were six tables we could see from the door that only had to be cleaned.
