Dunkin' - West Virginia

Horribly inconsistent service and coffee. Just in the past week they have 1) tried to hand me a cup of flavored oatmilk and 2) gave me 4 bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wraps with no egg. Extremely slow, bad customer service, and most of the workers are straight up rude. Just go to Starbucks, at least you'll get the right thing and exactly what you want every single time.

Wasn't pleased with the service or drink dissatisfied

Literally didn't even look like they were open but I went in to try the new pumpkin spiced ice latte. Horrible tasted like spoiled milk and nutmeg. Can definitely say will not be back to this location, not only was the drink awful but the workers didn't look like they even wanted to be there didn't smile didn't greet us… Like umm

Tried a pumpkin coffee it wasn't very good to be honest.

This is the 4th time this month i have had to either “spruce up” my drink just to be able to tolerate it or totally throw it away. This morning i ordered a large cold brew, received a medium. Flavoring was totally wrong and it was honestly so bad i threw it away. Total waste of $5 You need to either get a consistent person to fix drinks or train them better. This Dunkin is the worst one by far If you can’t make a simple cold brew with basic flavorings, you are in the wrong business
