Kfc - West Virginia

It was OK. Nothing special good or bad. I would like to just say everything was decent. The speed of the drive thur. The quality of the food. Everything was just normal. I guess if I was in the area and wanted some chicken I'd probably stop there.

Might be the slowest fast food you'll get. I don't know how you can wait up to 30 mins on 5 tenders and THEY ARE STILL BURNT. don't waste your time here.

Ordered pickup on app. Ignored by employees for over 10 minutes, took 28 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, got wrong pieces of chicken, and drinks I ordered weren't available only water and tea. Everyone who came in after me and placed orders at the counter or drive thru got their food in minutes.

The food was fine. It was what we ordered. We wanted to go inside but it was drive thru only. This was at lunchtime not late in the day.
