Wendy's - West Virginia

No communication. We placed our order and watched most of what we ordered get put on the trays of people who ordered after us. The excuse, “I just come back from lunch.” Last time I eat at this location.

Yall hire some of the dumbest people on earth. Everytime I order a plain kids hamburger you put cheese on it and then today gave me nuggets instead. Yall don't even deserve 5$ an hr smh

Restaurant is actually quite clean. Employees are nice. Breakfast food is excellent. I know they are under staffed so I won’t complain too much about the wait. One of the nicer Wendy’s restaurants I have been to.

Got order wrong and woman handing food out the window was so grumpy I decided to eat the wrong nuggets verses dealing with her again for and exchange to get spicy. Besides I had already pulled over to the mall and parked when I realized the nuggets weren't spicy. Food was hot, drink was right. Woman taking payments was kind. Person handling food was grouchy and short; not a people person. She needs a job in a back office where she only sees people at the time clock leaving work.

The best managed fast food place we have visited in quite a while. Food was hot and restaurant was very clean.
