Fratelli Pizza - West Wendover

Ordered online 1 medium Neon Cowboy tonight at 9:40.. place was not busy but it took 35, almost 40 minutes to get it. You moved but why are you not making the pizzas in the new location? Other customers and I had to wait to for your cook to make the food and then carry it over to the new location. Got my pizza and it was not fresh, looked like it was made and had to wait for the cook to catch up on orders until he could carry them over. Horrible system. It was great when your main focus was on the food. Trying to become this cool hangout place is fine but the service and quality have taken a big hit. Was a lot better when you just stuck to the food. Place is fair at best. Gets good reviews being the only joint in town. Ordered extra toppings, didn’t happen. And soggy dough. Make your call going thru town. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve had to give them a 3 star. I go to wendover once a month for a weekend and they are always one of my meals. The last 3 times I’ve order using their online option we would receive my order not correct I feel they don’t read their online orders correctly and need to work on it.
