Julia is a superstar! She handles everything herself, from taking orders to charging customers and making coffee, all while managing the pressure of long lines. She's the most efficient and organized barista I have ever seen! Without a doubt, she could represent British baristas at the Olympic Games in 2024 and compete for a gold medal!

A nice and friendly team always pleasant and welcoming. they remember them and their last order lol, they allow dogs on the ground that gives a beautiful atmosphere and are almost in front of my door, I am a fan lol

I really enjoy my weekly coffee and cake here. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. However, the restroom could use some updates.

Caffe Nero decor is what does it for me just more character than its equivalents and a nice seat with a plug point the app is a good one too and getting the free coffee stamps electronically is much better than having one of those stupid paper cards in my wallet which I keep losing... But that's probably just me

I absolutely love this place for several great reasons. First and foremost, they serve the best coffee I've ever tasted, far better than other similar coffee shops. Additionally, I've never heard any negative news about them regarding tax evasion, which is a huge plus. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making each visit enjoyable. They are committed to the simple business of providing excellent coffee, which is likely why they excel compared to others that don't measure up. Plus, their beautiful pastries and toasties are a real treat. Thank you, Cafe Nero, for a wonderful experience! I apologize for the little chaos my children left behind, but the high chair was very much appreciated.
