China Fun Resturant - West Yellowstone

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Wyoming, even surpassing many in Seattle. I would definitely come back tomorrow!

This is the best Chinese food you can find in the area! I would even say it's better than most Chinese restaurants in New York. There's no longer a mandatory 15% tip, but I would happily give them 20% because of the outstanding service.

I really enjoyed the food and service at this restaurant. I ordered the family plan, which included a dish with dumplings, soup, egg rolls, and roasted rice, all for $16.50 per person. The server was incredibly friendly and even brought us extra white rice. Overall, the service was excellent!

The hot and sour soup was outstanding, and the garlic chicken was very tasty. My order was filled quickly, and the younger staff were friendly. However, some of the older employees seemed a bit unfriendly. I found the prices to be a bit high for what I received. If I return to West Yellowstone and crave Asian cuisine, I would choose China Fun again unless I find another Asian restaurant with better reviews. Just a heads up, they don’t accept Discover Card.

We tried six different dishes, and all of them were quite good. We even had a brief conversation with the owner, who kindly offered us some Szechwan salted vegetables for free, which he had just received from another guest. While the flavor was unfamiliar to us, we appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The food was served quickly, likely because many of the dishes had already been prepared in anticipation of the tour groups. In comparison to Red Lotus, the food here was significantly better; however, Red Lotus boasts a more attractive decor and ambiance for those who enjoy a bustling atmosphere. Personally, I prioritize good food over decor any day.
