Pizza Hut - Westampton

I ordered Uber eats and my order was delivered incorrectly. Instead of being provided with a refund, I was told Uber eats is a third party therefore its not their problem. It was very unprofessional customer service. The employee (male) that answered the phone did not announce their name, if he provided that information then I would have wrote it down. This Pizza Hut does not work with assisting their customers. One star is being given.

Pizza is always good, only complaint and the reason it got 4 stars is because curb side pickup... they never answer the phone when we have tried that way. Otherwise no problems

Visited this Pizza Hut location yesterday while in town and had a great experience. Pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven, breadsticks were cooked well along with warm marinara dipping sauce. The employee at the cashier, Ariana was very helpful and catering to my friends and I while we ate outside on premises. Ariana proactively provided us plates and napkins, and she checked in to see how our order was. All in all, a great experience.

I ordered a pan pizza for the first time and it was so good! Amazing customer service. I was helped by Hayley who was super patient and helpful. Will definitely be coming back again!!

This location has been invaluable while I have been working from home during COVID-19. Coming from another state, I love that this pizza ? will taste delicious with the sauce I grew up on no matter where I have lived. Today Emily was my delivery girl and she was polite, personable and professional and made sure to advocate for herself on her unique and ouststanding performance. She makes me proud for the next generation of young ladies in taking pride I what job they do regardless of what it is. She brought me delicious food and also made me smile extra wide. Thank you Emily! Never stop being you!
