Very very rude staff, they got my order wrong and told me it was my fault. I ordered a panini and they gave me a quesadilla. They didn't apologize and threw my food at me. Horrible service and a shame that people like that are allowed to work there.

The fountain soda machine is ALWAYS OUT OF ICE!!! ALL WAWA 'S need to change their policy to a $1.50 charge for ice cups from now on it 's either that or they are like mcdonalds and their ice cream machines now.

I’ve given up on this place. It’s the closest one to me, yet I’ve never managed to walk in and order something as simple as a sandwich. I went in tonight hoping to grab a chicken salad sandwich, but guess what? No chicken salad. This seems to be the norm here. In the mornings, bacon is never available, and you can't even get air for your tires because the pump is always broken and never repaired. I've lived in this area for 12 years, and most of the time, I end up going to another location nearby. I thought they would improve after their upgrades, but that hasn’t happened. You won't find any sense of convenience here. There are always problems – ATMs are down, tire pumps are out of order, the deli is frequently out of stock, and you often have to wait for a cashier even during slow times. It's poorly managed, and I don't expect any improvements anytime soon. Save your time and go somewhere else.
