Subway - Westbank

We went in half hour to close and were still met with smiles! Had a excellent sandwich! Was so good and fresh! The place was sooo super clean! I felt so good to be in there. Was so welcoming and the ladies were kind. This is one of the best locations by far!

ADDED A TIP WITHOUT CONSENT!!Went to this location on the way home from road trip.The women’s bathroom is Out of Order.Then the lady at the Register added an automatic 20% tip without our approval. Upon looking at the receipt, they cannot give back refunds because there was no manager. They agued and said we “pressed the tip button” when all we did was tap the card.

What's the point of the new sandwich menu when your employees don't know the menu? not a place I'll return to, there's too many places to eat nowadays to have to put up with idiots!

Zero star. That fat girl with spex is so rude. She is treating like she have to give a free sub and mking it very disappointingly. Other staff is very decent and warm heart.

Great lunch everything is really fresh and quick service. However what used to be $13 is now $24 be prepared for sticker shock. Still a good lunch tho.
