Despite calling ahead to let them know I would be arriving 15 minutes early at 4:15 instead of 4:30, there was no one outside to greet us and our table was not set. The server didn't take our drink order or greet us until we had been sitting there for five minutes. When we are spending a significant amount of money on a company dinner, we expect better service. The person who answered the phone was helpful and said there would be no issue, but upon arrival, it was clear that the staff was not prepared to open. This was on a Friday night, and I believe they can do better.
I was not impressed that I called ahead that I was coming mins early from to and not only was there no one outside to greet us but the table was not set for us. In addition the server did not do a greeting and drink order until after mins of sitting there. When you are spending hundreds of dollars for a company dinner I would expect a level of service to be better for the cost per person at this restaurant. The person answering the phone was happy to help and said no problem, but on arrival there was no table ready or any hint that the staff was ready to open. This was a Friday night, do better people!
We sat on the patio and it was very warm it would have been nice if there was more ventilation but the tent sides were down. My meal, the risotto was bland. Our waitress was very nice.
Always delicious. Due to COVID, seating was outside under a tent, ambiance is always better inside.
Arturo’s did an amazing job amidst COVID regulations. The outdoor seating was comfortable, atmosphere inviting, service outstanding and food/drinks delicious! Would return!
