After weeks of enduring consistent errors with my orders, particularly with mobile orders, I 've had enough of this BK branch. Today was the final straw when they declined to provide the buffalo sauce I requested. The manager, a large girl with glasses, took it upon herself to deny my request, only to later reveal she was, in fact, the manager on duty. To the so-called 'manager ': You 've lost a customer over a measly 25 cents. If you do the math, even if I spend $15 a week in your store, that 's $600 a year, plus potentially thousands of dollars over multiple years. Congratulations on driving away business over a quarter. Stellar management, great job!
Ari Ari Ari… what a peach she is!!! Always so nice and helpful!!! We are vegan so love to get the impossible burgers.. she pulls me up for FRESH made burgers every time!! Hot fries.. and did I mention great customer service!!
The food and the atmosphere were good but our server, Danielle was very rude to an elderly lady who was waiting for her food and kept yelling at her when she asked for some sauce.
They had the door locked for the dining room at 427 pm and heard and saw me knocking on the door ignored me and wouldn't explain why the door was locked.
