Mcdonald's - WESTBOROUGH

The day 09/3/2024 is Saturday 1:48 pm 166 east main street Westborough tube the most. Great bad experience in which I had buying a happy meal for my son, he was very happy and when he arrived at the window to receive the order I wasThey give me a bag and I ask and the box tells me there is no box until next year and I ask why and they answer that all the McDonald's in the United States are sold out. My son asks me, Dad, my box. I ask to speak to the manager and he tells me there is no box. and that in the entire United States there is not one I decide to go see another McDonald's and to my surprise that if they have I explained what happened to me and the manager and a lady who serve at the other McDonald's in Framingham very kindly told meThey sell a happy meal for my son thanks to Framingham McDonald because they gave my 5 year old son happiness again. I feel very sad about what happened at the McDonald's at 166 east main street westborough they should not make anyone feel bad especially children who like toys and seeing the happy meal, no more lies please

As a ex former manager at a McDonald's in Milford, I feel this place needs more experience on how to service and move quicker. Couple times I went through the drive thru and when I placed my order they didn't get it right, but I let it go bc I know how things can be expecially being an manager at one point.

Not a fan of this location. Not much care taken during food prep(e.g. seems like it's literally thrown together). Service is quick but not friendly and more than a few orders have been entered incorrectly. Prices are like Turnpike Plaza prices...higher than surrounding stores. I'll go to a different location if I have the time.

The managers seem to run a pretty good ship. Food is better than the average McDonald's, staff is usually friendly, even when showing up right before closing. More mcdonald's should run like this one.

They tried to give me the wrong order. Charged me for an item I did not want.
