Panera Bread - WESTBOROUGH

Food was fresh and tasted good. Easy ordering process. Everyone was friendly. Everything you would expect from a large chain. It's a nice option to eat outside but its awkwardly next to the drive thru.

Terrible Experience. The store manager, Claudia, was completely unprofessional. My food was lost, and when I called to resolve the issue, she argued with me, claiming she was not responsible for the delivery and that it would arrive soon. However, the app indicated that it had already been delivered, and I never received it. She was of no help at all. It felt like she suspected I was lying over a $16 order. Overall, I found her behavior and my experience to be extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Don't expect any assistance from this store if you happen to lose your food or money!

This is a lively spot in Westborough. The food is fantastic, especially the pizza. I really enjoy their caffè latte, and the cookies are delightful as well. I tried their Mediterranean sandwich, and believe me, it’s also very tasty. I’ve visited this place multiple times, and I’ve enjoyed the food every single time. I definitely plan to return!

My friends were informed that you have to be 18 or older to order water. I found that quite bizarre!
