The Simple Greek - WESTBOROUGH

The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic! A coworker and I went in for lunch, having ordered online and picked it up. We noticed that a girl was waiting for a catering order, making the staff busy. We waited for about 10 minutes, but the staff member informed us it might take a little longer and suggested we sit down. She eventually came over to apologize and explain that this was not how things usually ran. We reassured her that it was alright and we understood. Unexpectedly, she returned to inform us that our meal would be complimentary. Shortly after, our food arrived and it was delicious as always! I have always had great experiences dining there, and once they even called me to let me know that an item I had ordered was not available and offered me an alternative. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for delicious Greek food.

In the end, the quality of the ingredients they choose for their dishes really makes the difference. It's like a Greek version of Chipotle. I enjoyed everything I selected for my meal, and the dessert was also delicious! I would definitely return to this restaurant.
