Panera Bread - Westbrook

First time going to this location. I ordered online as I was leaving work when I arrived here, it was done just then! It was delicious, promptly and correctly made, per usual, and I have no complaints or critiques. :

I had the Baja bowl and it was delicious! Every time I order pick up its done before the time given.

I love the staff at this location the manager goes above and beyond so does the cashiers !this has become my every thurs go to place for dinner ! Food is amazing so are the prices.

Pretty horrible experience every time I order here. Unfortunately it?s the closest Panera, which is extra unfortunate because they are very, very, very bad at this location. Missing items in just about every order we make here, and 90% of the time, I geta notification saying it?s ready, and then go in to find they are either still assembling it, or it?s not ready for 5-10minutes. Have contacted their customer service before, but clearly the feedback is not getting to whoever runs this one. I getwanting to improve online ordering metrics and all that, but not when it?s inaccurate to a fault. Love Panera, but this locationgives the others a bad rap!

Food is delicious but the new menu and portion size assures I will never go back. Period.
