My order was missing a soft drink, I called the store and they told me they couldn't do anything, I request a refund of the amount charged

When we arrived we were told that they do not accept reservations but it was right on the front page of their website. The host went and checked with the manager and came back asking to see the reservation which I had a picture and email of. Please make sure in the future if reservations are not taken do not make it an option on the website. Also tell your staff to slow down when asking the table if they need anything instead they did it as they kept on walking.

Our reservation was not honored. I showed them confirmation but they said that it wasn’t in there system.

We made a reservation for When we got there we were told they don’t honor reservations. They made it work though and we didn’t have to wait. The server really tried but he was very overwhelmed. He was very nice and i could tell he was trying hard. The service was very slow. I ordered a Paloma. Ive had it many times. It was served from a small bottle which had grapefruit written across the front. It seemed to be a premade cocktail like a wine cooler. Did not taste good and didn’t drink it. We ordered onion rings which they originally forgot and when they did come out they were greasy and taste odd. I didn’t eat them either. Its nice to watch sports since they have the jumbo screens but honestly the quality of food and the service was sub par. I used to love BWW but this experience has left me wondering if the wings are really worth the aggravation.

Wish I had gotten the server's name, young lady was very nice, patient, and accommodating. Helped me find options that fit with my Weight watchers program.
