Our reservation was confirmed, the taxi was booked, but when we arrived for our meal, the restaurant was closed!

The restaurant was not open despite our booking being accepted. This is very unprofessional.

I had made a reservation at this restaurant for a very special occasion, but upon arrival, I was informed that the kitchen had been closed for three and a half months. This certainly ruined the celebration I had planned. I hope to receive a response from Alan Williams regarding this situation.
