Contribuisci feedbackRefreshing to walk in and out last week. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and an ice coffee. The young woman was prompt to greet and starts my order and a friendly young man, handed me my bagel in less then 2 minutes. In and Out! Thank you
Don’t order on the app because the manager will basically call you a liar and give you lots of attitude for asking for the food you already paid for. I order the same burrito every single time I come here. Today I had my husband pick up my mobile order that I placed this morning. Since this location in particular is frequent with getting orders wrong, I told my husband to double check the food before leaving. Of course, the avocado that I paid an up charge fee for was missing. He goes back around and is hassled about it. He wasn’t given a receipt with his food so he couldn’t show her but I added the pic of my order as proof. She prints off the receipt and I assume it didn’t include the avocado on the receipt. The manager even stated that “she will have to charge next time bc she can’t be giving out stuff for free”. That’d be understandable if I hadn’t already paid for it. But I clearly did! Who is going to lie about mediocre avocado??? I call after hearing her comments to my husband over the phone and she’s just about arguing with me when I tell her that clearly the website is flawed on their end. She states she’ll text the owner but was never apologetic or understanding of the mix up that’s clearly happening. Where’s the customer service nowadays?? I won’t be back. She may read this and not care at all but this is why nobody eats fast food anymore. It’s not worth it. Corporate needs to fix their site and train their staff on how to resolve issues properly instead of treating customers like thieves over a side item.
