Amazing views, excellent selection of meals, with fresh herbs grown in their well laid out gardens. Ideal place to relax, even enjoy a breakfast.

Food was average, worse than many local good restaurants, however they should be better. For instance the chips that go with the steak tasted of poor quality fat. The pizza was crispy underneath. I hope Longridge can improve their food, because everything else was wonderful; staff were superb and the restaurant vibe and location a delight. But we won’t be back because of the relatively poor quality food.

We had a great lunch at Longridge. Food portions are large and very tasty! Did 3 courses. The salmon roses where melt in the mouth delicious with and lovely sesame seed addition. Steak was not done as requested but was still very tasty. Veggies nice and crisp. Friends 'forced ' the chocolate volcano on me. It was amazing! Lovely view and that’s where it ends. We booked at 1:30 it’s now 3pm and we are still waiting for our food. Good grief. The two stars are for the view.
