Mochachos Chicken Fiesta - Western Cape

I tried to call them but the line was so bad I could barely hear them. When I visited the store I had to repeat myself 3 times before she understood the order. Not a good experience

Wish I could give 0 stars. Called to place our order and they said 15mins. Got there and waited more than an hour!! And then got the wrong food as well. Needs new management and staff

Bad service… Too focused on online deliveries and forget to serve those in shop

Worst service ever. Teller was rude and we waited an hour for our food. He never gave the kitchen our order and didn't even bother to apologise. Very disappointed.

We bought a half chicken Gatsby at Stellenbosch Central Mochachos. 1. WE WAITED 50 MINUTES TO RECIEVE OUR ORDER. 2. THE GATSBY HAD ROTTEN CHICKEN, THE MEAT tasted like it had been left out of the refrigerator for months and now we fear that we'll get food poisoning. We truly normally enjoy the food, but this time I don't think we will ever go back.
