Rosenhof - Western Cape

I just want to thank the owner and staff for their friendliness. I could only stay for one night but Rosenhof mark my words i will be back and this time for longer. One of the staff members baked some muffins that i can enjoy what a wonderful gesture and checking up before she leaved if everything was okay. Thumbs up to you guy's. The cabin is beautiful i love it i feel so at home.See you guy's soon.

My father stayed at this guesthouse and his experience was awful. They were not accommodating, blaming him for not confirming a booking when it was and the way in which they spoke to him was condescending and undermining, he was summoned while he was having his supper to go and speak to the owner who enjoyed a beer and a cigar while he was blaming my father for the booking. A last minute booking by us for The Nut House Under The Pecans. Well appointed unit with friendly staff who surprised us with freshly baked muffins. Extremely peaceful and we definitely recommend Rosenhof!

Very cozy place with beautyful garden and nice swimming pool. We only stayed one night but would be an excellent place to explore the cederberg mountain area. Karen is a wonderful host and can give you the best guidance for exploring the cederberg mountains.

Our family has travelled throughout South Africa and never experienced the kindness and hospitality as we did at Rosenhof. Karen is the most amazing, special host. She went over and beyond to host us and assist us, to the extent of even trying to set my son up with DSTV in the common recreational area so that he could watch his favorite soccer team play.
