Cold Stone Creamery - Westerville

I visited the store yesterday, October 27th, and I was impressed by the courteous and friendly staff. The store was spotless, the variety of cakes available was outstanding, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be returning here soon.

Hanna provided incredible assistance with my last-minute cake order. She was friendly and welcoming, demonstrating excellent customer service skills! If you're looking for outstanding customer service and delicious ice cream, this Coldstone location is the place to go!

This is my favorite place for ice cream! The Banana Caramel Crunch flavor is my top pick. It's an amazing ice cream experience that you absolutely have to try! I highly recommend it!

This is a lovely little spot. While the ice cream selection is somewhat limited, the variety of toppings more than compensates for it. My personal favorite is the cheesecake ice cream topped with Graham crackers, strawberries, and coconut shavings. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the ice cream itself is quite delicious. I will definitely be returning!

I recently visited a Cold Stone Creamery for the first time in years, and I'm so happy we chose this location! The ambiance was pleasant and tranquil, the cashier was welcoming, and most importantly, the ice cream was fresh and delicious! It was definitely worth the price. We will definitely return!
