Tim Hortons - Westerville

How it’s 9am and y’all only have 2 kinds of timbits is crazy. Poor customer service, poor attitudes, got a nice building with the worst employees. Start over.

Paid $5 for an iced cap just to drink SPOILED MILK!!

I love Tim Hortons but this location is a fail, employees are rude, never consistent, I work across the street but will drive to a different location to save myself the frustration!

Employees don’t even know how to correctly make items on their menu (this location has a small menu because of its small footprint) when we told the employees the drinks were wrong they got a very negative attitude and acted like it’s not their fault. How can you work somewhere and not even know how to produce its products? All of these employees need re-training, in a lot of different ways

I was having a bad day, and lately the coffee places in the area- I've had bad experiences with, but not today. The lady at the cash register was so nice and professional, the coffee is delicious, and the donuts seem fresh to me, not squashed and smeared. I really appreciate it- the care for the food and customer service- and I will drive the extra mile to this Tim Hortons.
