I love tropical Smoothie Cafe. Food is always delicious and I feel good after I eat it!

We first moved here. We would go here often but lately they’ve been understaffed and they been getting our orders wrong the last time we got our order wrong the person in drive-through respond by stating we’re short staffed, which to me is no excuse for getting something wrong, but while I do have empathy, I can also candidly conclude the quality of service and subsequently the food has not been as good as when we first start going here

The employees look sad and alone, The one worker that looks like Joey King was rude for no reason, Im disappointed in this place. She rudely said she was working on a drink even though she hasn't started it for like 5 minutes, again I am disappointed.

All the Employees looks like they were going through a breakup and they were going through the five stages of grief, except no one was at the last stage. Joey King girl needed to fix her attitude she was clearly at the anger stage. Took her forever to make my smoothie because she was chit-chatting too much
