This business is lacking customer service skills. I called in an order and my friend was picking it up. When she arrived, they gave her a completely different order *saying it was the one under my name* and charged her $70+ for 3 disappointingly small pizzas. When we called Bambinos to see what could be done they offered a full refund over the phone, which was accommodating and appreciated, but they only refunded $29 which was the quote for our original order. This has been a very frustrating experience. My friend is contacting them again hoping to speak to a manager/owner, and will go to her credit card company next if necessary.
The pizza was so good. The Soppressata was really good I recommend it. It was good. I liked the spicy honey on the pizza. I recommend eating in there for lunch.
We thought we were going to Brunetti's but they moved down the block. So we tried Bambino's since we were already there. The chef had the oven running too hot. Everything he put in there was cooked too fast. The outer crust was burnt and the center of the pies were soft and under cooked. They throw chunks of ingredients onto your pie and the quality is evidently lacking. Overall I don't think it was very good and at $84 bucks for 4 pies I will take my business elsewhere.
Follow me on Instagram @AbiteOUTwithJACK. The long ice cream lines fooled me at first. Just cut to the back Pizza cou ter. For the most part, only a to go experience... And still an amazing pizza experience. Fresh toppings and cooked to perfection. The kale special salad was perfect, the Ceasar missed the mark! The Shishito peppers were bang seasonally spicy and the warm olives were awesome! JS9.1
