Harvest At Hyatt Regency Westlake

The food was just okay, but our server was friendly and attentive. The patio was lovely.

The breakfast menu is diverse and features many unique dishes. The food was delicious, and it was served quickly with attentive service in a charming setting. Some standout items included perfectly cooked eggs, applewood smoked bacon, and impeccably brewed coffee.

We had a party of six and expected a holiday menu, but received a lunch menu. Further more, the server was less than pleased to be serving us for some odd reason. We asked repeatedly to bring water, but she either forgot or didn't want to!! Overall, we made it a nice lunch get together, but our experiences were adversely influnced by our server!

Our breakfast was delicious and the highlight was the service. Attentive, caring and top notch, even though the restaurant was crowded and the employees were having to handle a lot. Delightful dining experience.

Thanksgiving at the Westlake Hyatt is pretty good. It’s very busy and they are well staffed. The food is fine, not outstanding but even the Four Seasons Thanksgiving buffet is not outstanding. Perhaps that’s unachievable in buffets, I don’t know, it’s been so long since I have thought it. So it’s a decent value for the money and the staff was very helpful. People (other patrons) seemed to be happy and having a nice Thanksgiving. We were seated on outdoor patio furniture in the Starbucks which was okay but not a five star experience.
