Jamba Juice - Westlake Village

I wanted to express my gratitude for my experience at this restaurant. I often get smoothies from different Jamba Juice locations in California, but this one stood out. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the store was clean. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit.

I love that my orders are always ready for pickup on time, whether I order online or call ahead. It's great that they are secure as well. The only downside is that the sticker on the lid for inserting the straw is difficult to peel off.

Please ensure that the server is actively listening to you. There is one girl who seems distracted and does not take orders accurately. She accidentally gave me almond milk instead of regular milk, which resulted in an allergic reaction.

The girl that just took my order and brought me my smoothies was so sweet. They also came out fast and tasted great. Made a bad day a bit brighter!

Love that my orders whether its ordered online or called in, its always ready by the time I arrive for pickup and its secure. The only downfall would be the sticker in the center where you'd insert the straw because it's not much of an easy peel off.
