Would rather the staff heat up your pastries insead of sending the customer to the microwave which has everyones germs on it. The microwave should be at counter height, not where the customer has to bend down to get to it. This is the only placeI've been to which expects the customer to heat up their own food. NOT CUSTOMER OR SENIOR FRIENDLY.
If your meal is served cold, they actually provide a microwave for you to warm it up yourself. Seriously? Haha!
I had never ordered a grilled cheese sandwich from this place before, and I was extremely disappointed. The exterior of the bread wasn't grilled at all—barely even toasted. While the inside had some toasted areas, the cheese was just slightly melted. Overall, this was the worst grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had!
I paid $5.34 for this bagel, and it definitely wasn’t worth it. I was on my way to work and decided to grab a bagel quickly. When the cashier rang me up, she very creatively but quite obviously asked for a tip. She mentioned that “everyone participates” in tipping. I generally consider myself a generous tipper, but I found it outrageous to pay over $8 for a bagel, especially since I had to assemble it myself. I understand the dynamics of working in restaurants and fast food, but I was taken aback by her approach in asking for a tip.
