Cannot comment on the food as Pierre called 3 days prior to the event and in some kind of strong arm tactic doubled the price. So we had to use someone else!!!

Pierre is such a joy to work with! He went above and beyond for our wedding. I work in the wedding industry and have had the pleasure of working with Pierre with not only my wedding, but several weddings for work and I love referring him to our clients.

Pierre is a culinary wizard! My husband and I hired him his team for our wedding in March of 2023 and the venue had many restrictions and limitations, but that didn't stop Pierre from impressing the guests with his food and presentation! He had so many awesome decorations and bowls, including (but limited to) intricate and natural wood and grape vine buffet deco, and he had many place setting options to offer. He is energetic, positive, and thoughtful- he had many suggestions with decorations and logistics that made the planning so much easier! The day was practically flawless, and I owe a big thanks to Pierre's Catering! Delicious food- would hire again again!

Pierre and his crew were exceptional! They helped make our wedding so magical. The food and service were so mindfully done with attention to every detail. Pierre is a mastermind of event planning, delivers on delicious food, and brings the most professional staff. Thank you Pierre for making our wedding on 11-11 spectacular!!

The impressive part: Pierre was with us for the LONNGGG hall as we were one of the many couples that had wedding plans change over and over again during the pandemic. He was supportive and adaptable throughout 3 wedding date changes, including a last minute venue change! As i'm sure Pierre would say himself the process was exhausting, but we always felt out Caterer and his team were in it with us. And while i'm sure the catering business in general was struggling, he made sure that we always felt like the experience revolved around us and how he could help get our special day. The more impressive part: Pierre's food was amazing. It was beautiful. The strawberry vinagarette salad with candied walnuts was easily the best salad i've ever had and that was just the appetizer. Beef wellington, coconut shrimp, dear god the sweet barbecue pulled pork. The food was really out of this world. The most impressive part: On the day of the wedding Pierre and his team were spectacular. It was crazy... our 1 year old was crying, it was incredibly windy and Pierre was as professional and fun as we could've asked for. With floral aroma spritzed cocktails, whimsical bows, a sneak in sneak out glass of champagne to help us through the never ending onslaught of staged photographs, and preventing a disaster by catching a wind blown heater, we had a wonderful crazy night and Pierre was our teammate throughout. Thank you Pierre. For Everything. P.S He sent us home an ENTIRE TRAY of extra sweet barbecue pulled pork which i promptly destroyed over the next couple days. P.P.S. Have i mentioned the sweet barbecue pulled pork? i want to get married again just to have it again.
