Starbucks - Westlake Village

Exactly like every other Starbucks which is a good thing and they have a drive thru for the win. The inside area is a super nice place to hang out. I pick up coffee here regularly and have never had anything but fantastic service.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The staff is incredibly friendly and creates an atmosphere that's conducive to conversation among customers and between staff and patrons, making everyone feel right at home. If you stop by a few times a week, they’ll remember you—it's like the Cheers of Starbucks! Even if they run out of an item or make an error, they're always courteous and eager to help resolve any issues. They also engage in local initiatives, such as a Thank You campaign for California firefighters after a devastating fire season. I absolutely love this Starbucks!

This was my first visit to this Starbucks location, and despite the new pandemic regulations, the staff really made an effort to keep customers happy and welcome. I'm looking forward to the day when things return to normal, so I can enjoy a delicious coffee with my friends and family around a table and have a great time together. Thank you again!

I had an excellent experience with their customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly and full of positive energy—it really makes a difference! They always prepare my drink just the way I like it. Honestly, I couldn’t tell if I was at Starbucks or Chick-fil-A because of how nice everyone was, haha. Much love for this Starbucks! <3

Not all Starbucks are the same. As a regular customer, I can confidently say that the location at Westlake and Thousand Oaks Blvd is one of the best-managed coffee shops in the area. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is well-trained and eager to assist you.
