Sweet Arleen's - Westlake Village

Birthday Success I ordered cupcakes for delivery in Westlake Village. I live in CO. Long distance ordering is often frustrating but not this time!! There was a small delivery snafu but the staff (Paige in particular) quickly and completely made it “all right” and managed to please everyone!! Cute shop, responsible staff, caring customer service AND fabulous cupcakes!!

We ordered a custom birthday cake for our little boy's first birthday. Julia was so helpful and communicative, sending pics and checking everything was as we wanted it so she could make the cake as we wanted. She had a little fondant bear made on top which was so cute, and the cake looked just like the pictures I had been sending her! She even delivered the cake on the day personally! The cake and the cupcakes we ordered to go with it were delicious and I would definitely recommend using her for any cake order! Great experience and great cake!

This is my favorite bakery! I absolutely love the gluten-free options for my son, who has celiac disease. Recently, I had a custom tiny wedding cake made to take with me to Tahoe for my wedding. The pastry chef was incredibly accommodating and designed the cake to be easy to transport. Everyone loved it! I even had two cupcakes made to freeze for our one-year anniversary.

These cupcakes were a huge success at my mom's retirement party at work! I ordered 120 mini cupcakes in total: red velvet, vanilla, chocolate, lemon, and carrot. I also got my mom a dozen gluten-free mini cupcakes, and she absolutely loved them!

Wonderful customer service and delicious cupcakes! Sweet Arleen’s managed to accommodate our large order with just a week's notice. Everyone enjoyed the cupcakes, and the communication during the entire process was outstanding. I truly appreciate everything you did!
