Yogurtland - Westlake Village

We had them deliver, they gave us the wrong order. When we called, there was no manger, the person answering the phone could care less and said he couldn’t do anything about it! This is an owner that doesn’t care about their business, I would trust the yogurt there serving who knows how clean or dirty their equipment is! I’ll never go there again and beware this place doesn’t care about their customers

Location was extremely dirty at the entrance and wasn’t much better on the inside. The guys behind the counter were also very rude. Yogurt selection was minimal, all the candy and nuts my group selected were stale, and we will not be coming back to this location.

Customer service has gotten horrible at this location. They are very rude especially the teenagers who work there. I had a girl one time take over 5 minutes to come out from the back to get me some toppings and I asked her why she took so long and she told me that her family is way more important than customers like seriously. Hope she was fired.

WHAT A DUMP!! I was in on May 14 this Sunday, not one person was in the store and the place was a mess and filthy. The employees never keep it clean. It was full on yogurt drips all over the machine. Needless to say it was dirty

Not good, flavors taste artificial and they are out of flavors often, also do not allow samples. Very close by is Yozen Frogurt and they are much better flavor and allow samples
