Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Westlake

I don't know what's going on with this place. It used to have really excellent customer service. And the food was always on point but here lately my order has been not correct, and when I call them out on it they agree to correct it but still get the order wrong again and again and majority of the time the meat is not cooked all the way so I have to send it back. I just wished that the service and food were as good as it used to be. Service: Take out

Every time we come to this Popeyes we regret it. They forget an order of fries, they don’t put any of the sauce, or you ask them to drop naked tenders 15 minutes before you arrive and they say they will happily do so but they don’t and you are waiting an extra 15 minutes for them (that’s happened now 3 separate occasions) very disappointing

Went through the drive up window and for the second time in two months, got ripped off if a piece of chicken ordered two three piece combo's got home and only had two, I definitely do not Recommend going to the one in West Lake.
