Starbucks - Westlake

I had an excellent experience at Starbucks, just like you would anticipate. However, one important thing to keep in mind is that there are no seats available! I've made that mistake before, thinking I could relax with my coffee and get some work done. If you're looking for a place to sit, I recommend the Starbucks inside Barnes and Noble in Crocker. Otherwise, it’s perfectly fine!

The customer service here is excellent! I’m amazed at how efficiently they manage to get everyone through the line and out the door in the mornings. However, the main drawback of this Starbucks is its location. It’s quite small and cramped, with no seating area whatsoever, and barely enough space for both the ordering line and pickup line. Most mornings, the line extends all the way to the door and sometimes even outside. Personally, I usually use the mobile order option, which allows me to quickly pick up my order and get out of the way.

I absolutely love this place and the team! They consistently provide fantastic service. I visit at least 3-4 times a week for coffee, and they are always at the top of their game. They take excellent care of me every single time! I highly recommend them to everyone!

A beautiful starbucks in a beautiful shopping mall. The location in the shopping center is its largest plus and largest minus. It is at a wide end of the shopping center, so the store is usually not so crowded and you can hear yourself thinking. On the other hand, it is almost always a sip from where you are when you get your repair. When moving into a central location within the shopping center, I hope they are able to get a large enough space to accommodate the masses. I know in my local shopping center (The Westchester, White Plains, NY) the business is a small and usually speaks a nightmare to get in and out while everything near a top shopping time. Staff at Crocker Park Starbucks is friendly and fast.

I love the workers at this location (very friendly). I actually got the idea of a Raspberry Green Tea Frappuccino from one of the workers here. They are great at this location. I personally can say that this is one of my favorites in the area.
