Happy's Pizza - Westland

While waiting on my food, I literally saw an employee brushing his face hair(beard) with a hair brush over the food area.

Usually this is a good Happy's location but how do you cut this burnt pizza, put it in a box, and send it out the door? Unacceptable for a $25 pizza.

Too much competition to be rude and petty!So as a truck driver I’m not from this area..I ordered based on recommendations from others. However will not and cannot recommend. For one , when I called to order the phone was answered with hold please, but I get yall busy let it slide. I ordered pizza breadsticks and 2 liter. $25. Delivery was in the 40 minutes timeframe as advised. I open the breadsticks and no sauce. I called and asked about the sauce and stated I had requested garlic sauce..the individual advised they don’t put garlic sauce on the side. Confused I asked why that be mentioned when I ordered. The young man argued it’s common knowledge, a little peeved I insisted that I would at least like some pizza sauce. He then proceeded to tell me if he sent me some sauce I would have to pay a redelivery . So I decided my money was best spent elsewhere, I requested a refund and brought it to the store and was able to get a refund.You can’t be petty and rude when there is a hungry Howies 300 feet from your establishment and a little ceasers 400 feet away!Both cheaper I night add even if I don’t pick up and have delivery! So your .50 sauce coast you $25Congratulations

Ordered pick up. A calzone, a Greek salad, couple pizzas, and couple orders of stuffed cheese bread oh and chili cheese fries! Everything was good. Came as ordered! Everything we “tweaked” was done correctly! New to the area will definitely be ordering

Was trying to order online and was having issues so I searched my address and this store popped up so I called , the guy on the phone seemed like I was bothering him and he told me he couldn’t find my address and I explained to him the website said you do deliver here but I’d call another location . First ever contact with them and it will not happen again .The guy on the phone was just generally unpleasant to talk to .
