Contribuisci feedbackI dislike the fact that you have to use a kiosk to order your food at this restaurant. It was a terrible experience.
It has no more drinks beside the fountain drinks. every time I get to the ship, it's always a problem with them or the system. I'm finally waiting forever, and still not with the right order. most employees at this location are rude and simply don't worry.
I'm pretty sure they are understaffed. I felt sorry for the employees! All the staff were courteous and kind, but they were overwhelmed by a few rowdy customers. It's a shame that the owner didn't pitch in and assist. Orders were mixed up, resulting in long wait times. Overall, the COVID situation has brought out the best in some people, but the lack of help led to a chaotic and disorganized experience.
My daughter had never been in a McDonald’s before, and when my mom took her in there the staff immediately threw his hand up and called the manager on her, which told her she was only allowed to sit inside if “other customers were in there already”. Take the sign in the window down, they won’t let you sit inside even though it says you can’t.
The service since the Manager change has gotten much better. Food tastes better. And there's a better over all atmosphere. Great job.
