Food drinks were great, alfredo was even better the next day as leftover. Server Janet was not very attentive considering the minimal of patrons we were seated next to a busy entrance way *I believe it was the bar)with our 3 mo infant which seemed a bit inconsiderate all else was good.
They use open table as call ahead seating instead of an actual reservation. Had a reservation for 5:30 and had to wait 20 minutes causing us to miss our movie we purchased tickets in advance for. manager promised we would get our food in a timely manor. They didn’t put the food on the table until 6:45, minutes before the movie started. Steak was rare so it was sent back to the kitchen, came back just time to throw it in a box and race outta there to try to make the movie. So disappointing spending over $100 for an experience/meal like that.
We made a reservation on Open Table and ended up being seating an hour past our reservation time. While I understand they are operating at reduced capacity, the hostess ended up telling us that a reservation really didn’t matter and we got put in line when we actually arrived. I suggested that the manager remove the option to make reservations on her and she just walked away. We never saw a manager to relay this. What saved the day was the great food and our amazing server. If they are not going to honor reservations then they either need to shut this option off or else they need to seat people that have reservations ahead of walk-ins.
The service was very good. The Admiral's Feast was slightly overdone.
