Contribuisci feedbackOrder from the app for inside pickup. It's 3pm and the inside is closed. Already charged and no way to cancel order. Forced to wait in long drive thru line. Inside pickup shouldn't be an option if the inside is closed. Don't like waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. Don't like the fact that my food sits for 30 minutes because I can't get inside. Very disappointed. Do better.
We went through drive-thru and had our order messed up. Despite multiple signs saying that the store was open for dining all doors were locked and the representative that came to help us refuse to let us into the building. The representative also kept our receipt and I have locked our credit card to prevent erroneous charges.
Did a mobile pick up order. Got there and saw some employees bringing stuff in.The store was clean. The workers were friendly. Helped open the doors for them while they brought stuff in. Was waiting for my order anyways you know?The workers were super friendly here and always are.Food was good! Nothing was messed up or under filled.
Food not good. Asked for minus things. They put those things on I asked to minus. Not fresh. Taste like it's been sitting out for hours. Then they microwave warm. Cinnamon twist taste like they were in cooker too long.
You shouldn't give opinions for a person to pick up their food inside the building, then when they arrive, the door is locked.. and you make no attempt to even acknowledge that someone is at the door.. this should never be allowed at any establishment, is very poor business and unacceptable..I live within walking distance to this location, and decided to walk over and pick up my order, only to have to walk back home, get in my car, and wait in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. Even though I could see my order sitting on the shelf, where I was told it would be, for INDOOR pickup.I will be contacting corporate!
