This place is a gem!? The staff is wonderful, the food amazing and the prices can't be beat! If you haven't eaten here, you're missing out! Do yourself a favor and go! Try the rice pudding while you there too, it's delicious and one of my very favorites from childhood.

Worst meatloaf I've ever had.. mashed potatoes was rough and hard..I'll stick with coneys and fries

Recently I ordered the (walleye broiled (fish and chips with a (medium well cheeseburger . The walleye was overcooked and very tough. The hamburger was overdone and passed well done. The fish and chips was excellent. When I called to speak to the manager the cook tried to lie instead of apologizing . It's a shame. I've been cooking for 40 years myself and have had to apologize to people. That's what a man does ? , a weasel blames others. Spent $50 in 40 of it was like throwing it in the garbage. The pictures tell the story 17 dollars for the walleye, and probably 12 for the cheeseburger. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. THIS IS THE START OF RESTAURANTS THAT GO OUT OF BUSINESS ?
