Westmead Cake Shop

I bought a cream cake from there about two hours ago. The place was dirty, and I should have known better. The staff didn't seem to care about anything, including basic hygiene. When it comes to milk products, this is concerning; it could make someone really sick or even worse.

We ordered a birthday cake yesterday morning for today's celebration, and it turned out perfectly! Everyone loved it, and no one could resist having a piece. The customer service was excellent, with cheerful owners who genuinely care about their customers and work hard to ensure everyone is happy. They truly support their local bakery and café, and it shows. The coffee and bread were fantastic as well. Highly recommend!
