Carl's Jr. - Westminster

We visited here and ordered a double sourdough star, but only got a single. Then accepted the upcharge for the cookies and didn't receive those either. Unfortunately didn't check the bag before we left but basically paid an extra $5 for absolutely no reason. Had it been busy I wouldn't complain but there was only one other person in line ahead of us so what's the excuse? Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened at this location either. My advice, double check the bag or order somewhere else.

Just went through the drive through...ordered a double paid for a double got a single...they upsold us two cookies and we reluctantly accepted. No cookies.. Tried to call them to let them know ,give them a heads up...number on receipt and Google is out of service. Busters.

This visit was not the norm. Dead fries, no ice. Normally I would say 5 stars. The clerk was kind, that helped.

Unbelievable I said 3 times I needed 3 Charbroiled BURGERS and they give me chicken

LOVE THIS PLACE!! The Two employees that work there at night are ALWAYS POLITE and CURTIOUS, And my Food is always how I specify it to be made. !!!! GOOD EATS! GREAT SERVICE FROM NIGHT CREW! WAY TO GO CARL'S!
