Starbucks - Westminster

I'm sorry, but the staff needs to pay more attention to the orders. Also, when I order a grande size, I expect it to be fully filled, not halfway. These drinks are expensive, and if I'm paying good money, I expect my frappuccino or caramel macchiato, or whatever I ordered, to be made correctly. The drinks were great and tasty as advertised. Thank you.

Once again, the coffee was burnt. It is common knowledge that Starbucks consistently overcooks their beans in order to uphold a consistent flavor profile throughout their brand: scorched beans. This is the hallmark of Starbucks that deceives your taste buds.

Although the restaurant is small, it has a lot of heart. The drinks are consistently good. The drive-thru line can be long at times, but it moves fairly quickly. They offer pick up options outside and there is ample parking available.

The restaurant is in a fantastic location! However, the drive-thru line could use some improvement. There is no indoor dining area, so customers must either order from the window or go through the drive-thru. I recently visited for a mobile order and had a quick and smooth experience. The drinks were made perfectly and the customer service was excellent.

The first item we ordered had cream in it, but it was missing despite being listed on the label. For my second order, I got a white mocha that wasn't even stirred! Should I really have to stir my own drink? This is not the first time they have made mistakes like this and it probably won't be the last. I will likely not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
