Mcdonald's - Westmount

I'm gone after a while. the cheeseburgers were so salty. they are either during the season or mcdonalds quality has really gone down. the half was thrown away. I almost went back with the cheeseburgers to ask them why it would be so salty. will you like it? also check their bag. from time to time lacks food from my order. Now I'm routine.

I wouldn’t suggest this branch. I would advise the Atwater one; they are more professional.They do mistakes regularly; they forget items as bacon, sauces…And they have a bad service, the manager was rude. I asked one of the crew for 1 coke refill, which is standard in other branches, she accepted, once she went to the machine, the manager forbid her; when I asked the manager the reason she didn’t reply and left.

Terrible customer service. The employees had some grinds show up and they were just chatting away swearing making jokes and ignoring customers. I resorted to placing my order online. They forgot the sauces for my nuggets and took almost 10mins to get someone’s attention to get them.

It was very dark in there even in the middle of the day (Went at 2PM). Smelled funky too.Other than that, it was clean and the staff was super fast friendly.
