Mcdonald's - Westmount

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The manager is extremely rude and the customers are disrespectful. The establishment is very dirty. I do not recommend it and will not be returning.

Situated in Westmount, near downtown Montreal, this McDonald's location offers a large and cozy space, perfect for socializing with friends or meeting business partners. Comfortable seating and ambient lighting make it a highly recommended spot for those in the area.

Many other branches would not go to this. I ordered by eating Uber, mistakes were made in my order and no attempt to find a way to correct them, although it seems to be a very simple procedure that could have followed. Very rude... manager.

Typical McDonalds Fast Food Square, but the service is fast and friendly, normally stop for coffee when in and around the area. Parking sometimes tricky, but always a place when you are ready to go a bit.

I occasionally like to eat at McDonald's. Unfortunately, the McDonald's in my area always has long lines. The layout of this McDonald's makes it difficult for the staff to keep up with demand, as there are not enough servers taking orders and too many tables. I often see potential customers leaving without making a purchase. Whether this McDonald's is company-owned or franchised, it is not meeting McDonald's standards and is losing money due to its poor layout with insufficient servers and too many seats. Simply expanding the serving area, adding another cashier, and reducing the number of seats would help improve the situation. McDonald's motto of Quality, Service, Cleanliness is not being upheld here. Just thought I'd mention it.
